There are things

you once felt drawn to.

Not because they made sense.

But because they felt right.

Some of them stayed.

Some of them faded.

Some of them you pushed away.

Sometimes because they felt too big.

Too unrealistic.

Too much.

Over time,

it becomes harder to tell

what is real…

and what is expected.

This activation doesn’t give you desire.

It removes what isn’t yours…

so what is

can be felt again.
Stay with yourself.

There is something

you’ve been wanting.

You don’t need to define it.

You already feel it.

It might feel light.

Or distant.

Or slightly uncomfortable to admit.

That’s fine.

Just notice it.

Not what you think about it.

But the feeling itself.

Where it sits.

How it moves.

Now notice something else.

What happens

when you don’t push it away.

When you don’t correct it.

When you don’t replace it

with something more “realistic”.

Stay there.

Without adjusting it.

Without making it smaller.

Without explaining it.

Just let it exist.

That’s enough.
You don’t need to act on it yet.

You don’t need to turn it into a plan.

That’s not the point.

What matters

is that you’ve allowed it

to be there again.

Without resistance.

Without judgment.

Just notice

when something in you wants…

and don’t shut it down

right away.
