Open Mindedness
Letting the field remain open without losing stability
There are moments

where stability begins to feel different.

Not closed.

Open.

What once would have felt

like too much,

too strange,

or too uncertain

can now enter the field

without breaking it.

Something in you

is becoming more spacious.

This activation doesn’t unsettle the field.

It opens it

without losing what is steady.
Stay with the quiet

that is already here.

Not to protect it.

To notice what it can hold.

There is something different now.

Stability no longer means

narrowness.

It no longer depends

on keeping everything familiar.

The field can remain still

and still allow

something new to enter.

Stay there.

Not deciding too quickly

what fits

and what does not.

Not closing around

what you do not yet understand.

Just noticing

what happens

when openness

does not threaten stability.

Something relaxes.

Space increases.

The need to hold

one fixed position

begins to loosen.

This is not confusion.

It is the field

becoming flexible

without losing its center.

Let that happen.

And notice

how different new perspective feels

when it no longer arrives

as disruption

but as something the field

can naturally receive.
You don’t need

to force openness.

You need to notice

when the field remains stable

while something new appears.

That is enough.

Stay with that.

Let spaciousness

open

without losing steadiness.
