Oneness
Letting the sense of separation dissolve into one field
There are moments

where the boundary softens.

Not because form disappears.

Because separation

no longer feels true.

What once seemed

inside and outside,

self and other,

near and far,

begins to lose

its old definition.

This activation doesn’t erase experience.

It dissolves

the assumption

that anything was ever apart

from the same field.
Stay with what remains

when separation begins to soften.

Not to merge with something else.

To notice

that what appears separate

was never outside

the same presence.

There is something different here.

The field no longer arranges itself

around a center

you call “me”

and an edge

you call “other.”

Something opens.

Not as an idea.

As direct experience.

What you feel,

what you see,

what you call the world,

what you call yourself—

it begins to rest

inside the same awareness.

Stay there.

Not trying to make it one.

Not forcing unity.

Just noticing

what happens

when the need

to stand apart

begins to dissolve.

This is not losing yourself.

It is losing

what was never ultimately true.

The sense

that you were ever

a separate center

moving through something else.

Let that happen.

And notice

how different existence feels

when nothing remains

outside the field

of what you are.
You don’t need

to create oneness.

You need to notice

when separation

no longer holds

the way it used to.

That is enough.

Stay with that.

Let the field remain

without dividing it.
