Letting yourself move again
There are parts of you

that have been still for too long.

Not because they had to be.

But because something paused them.

A decision not taken.

A step delayed.

A direction left behind.

Over time,

that pause starts to feel normal.

But it isn’t.

This activation doesn’t push you forward.

It reconnects you

to what was already trying to move.
Stay with your body.

There is a place

where things feel stuck.

You don’t need to understand it.

Just notice it.

Where something isn’t moving.

Where something feels held.

Don’t try to change it.

Just stay there.

Now notice something else.

Even within that stillness…

there is movement.

Small.

Subtle.

Easy to miss.

A shift in your breath.

A slight release.

A soft pull forward.

Stay with that.

Not the stuckness.

The movement inside it.

It’s already there.

It never fully stopped.

It only got covered.

Let it be small.

Let it be incomplete.

Let it be enough.
You don’t need to force movement.

It’s already happening.

In small ways.

In quiet shifts.

You may not see it yet.

But you can feel it.

That’s enough.

You don’t have to accelerate it.

You don’t have to control it.

Just notice

where something is already moving…

and stay with that

a little longer.
