There are things

Not always heavy.

But present.

It allows what is already there

to finally move.
Stay with yourself.

There is something

you’ve been carrying.

You don’t need to name it.

You already feel it.

Not as a story.

As a weight.

A pressure.

A quiet presence.

Stay there.

Without pushing it away.

Without trying to release it.

Just noticing.

Where it sits.

How it feels.

Now allow something small.

A little more space around it.

Not forcing.

Just… not holding it as tightly.

You don’t have to let it go.

Just stop holding it

for a moment.

And notice what begins to move.
You don’t need to process everything at once.

You don’t need to understand it.

Something has already started shifting.

That’s enough.

Just notice

when something softens.

When something loosens.

When something moves…

and don’t stop it

right away.
