There are moments

where everything feels off.

Not completely.

But enough

to feel the difference.

Too much in your head.

Too much in your body.

Too much in everything at once.

You try to adjust.

To fix it.

To move through it.

But something doesn’t settle.

Not because balance is gone.

But because you’ve moved away from it.

This activation doesn’t create balance.

It brings you back

to where it already is.
Stay with yourself.

There is a place

where everything feels slightly out of sync.

You don’t need to define it.

You already feel it.

Where something pulls.

Where something pushes.

Where something doesn’t quite settle.

Stay there.

Not fixing it.

Not adjusting it.

Just noticing.

Now shift your attention

slightly inward.

Not to what is moving.

But to what is not.

There is a point underneath all of it.

Still.

Unmoved.

Unaffected.

You don’t create it.

You don’t stabilize it.

You return to it.

Stay with that.

Let everything else move.

But don’t move with it.
You don’t need to hold balance.

You return to it.

Again and again.

Not by controlling what moves.

But by noticing

what doesn’t.

Even when everything feels off…

something in you remains steady.

Stay with that.

A little longer than before.
